Submitting an application is not an offer and does not create an agreement. We review every application and we decline most of them. Everything you tell us should be true; we make decisions based on it, and we will find out either way.
What we say on this site
We describe what we do and what we have built. We do not promise outcomes. Specifically: where this site talks about podcasts, press, bookings or collaborations, we are describing work we do — pitching, introducing, negotiating — and not a result we can guarantee. Nobody can guarantee that a host, a booker or an editor says yes, and you should be wary of anyone who tells you otherwise.
Your account
If we give you access to the platform, the account is yours and you are responsible for what happens under it. Sign-in is by emailed link, so keep your inbox secure. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
What the platform shows you
Earnings figures are calculated from sales data as it reaches us. Figures inside a return window are marked as pending and can still change, which is why we show them separately from settled amounts. We work hard to make these numbers right and we will correct any error we find or you find. If a number on the platform and a signed agreement disagree, the agreement governs.
What belongs to whom
This site, the platform and their contents are ours. Anything you send us — your answers, your images, your brand — stays yours; you are giving us permission to use it to consider your application and, if we work together, to do the work. We will not publish your name, photograph or likeness on this site without asking you first.
Ending it
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your data — see Privacy. We may suspend access to the platform if an account is being misused.
The boring but honest part
The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
